It has always been my dream to be a vet because I enjoy both working with animals and the huge variety that the job brings. I qualified from Glasgow University in 2004 and worked for a year in a practice in Scotland before joining everyone at Stanhope Park at the end of January 2006. My interests lie in all aspects of Veterinary Science - I enjoy the challenge surgery brings; but, also meeting and speaking to clients and their pets! Medically one of my main interests lies in dermatology.
As yet I have not acquired any four-legged companions but I’m sure that will change in the months to come - especially if the nurses and Shirley have anything to do with it!
