Reception services are available from 9.00 until 17.30 at the branch for the collection of prescriptions, sales of foods and accessories and general advice and information (or just a chat) with the nurse on duty.
Assistance
We recognise how important continuity of treatment is for everyone and also understand that many of you do prefer to see a particular vet whenever possible. Reception staff will always know the diaries of each vet so should easily be able to book you an appointment with the vet of your choice (time off and holidays permitting of course).
Consultation times
We aim to give an average consultation time of 10 minutes but, of course, are more than happy to devote longer if it is needed. Reception will advise you on how much time you should ask for if you wish to spend longer with your vet.
Restraint
Please remember that your pet can be very nervous when in the consulting room and may act aggressively. If you would prefer one of our nurses to be present during the consultation to assist in restraint please ask the vet or reception.
