Rebecca Heald is a qualified veterinary physiotherapist and will take referrals for dogs requiring help with arthritis, or following surgery.

Butterwick kennels, as well as many other facilities, offer a hydrotherapy service which is local to our practice.

Aristocat is a small local charity involved in the rehoming of cats and kittens.

NASSL

NASSL (National Animal Sanctuaries Support League) is another local charity involved in the rehoming of cats and dogs.

The RSPCA is a national charity that aims to help with the welfare of all animals.

We are a PetPlan accredited practice and would advise our clients to insure their pets whenever possible.

DURHAM WILDLIFE TRUST

The Durham Wildlife Trust is a charity that we support. Any injured wildlife that is brought to us will be treated free of charge. We will endeavour to treat those animals that we can save, but if they are too badly injured they will be humanely euthanased.

The Dogs Trust is a national charity and has a re-homing centre just outside Sadberge.

Tiggywinkles is a charity dedicated to hedgehogs, a type of animal that we have a lot of experience in treating.

TAILWAGGERS

Tailwaggers is a small charity that helps owners of sick or injured animals with their vet fees. They welcome any donations.

GUIDE DOGS FOR THE BLIND ASSOCIATION (GDBA)

GDBA is a registered charity that provides assistance dogs to help the blind.
